How many employees can I add to hannahHR?

hannahHR is built for small to medium sized businesses, to add operational efficiency to your HR practices! With that said, you can add unlimited employees to your organization.

Can I have more than one administrator on my account?

At the moment, we are able to have one administrator per account. In our second launch, we’ll be set up for multiple administrators, so stay tuned!

Are my employees' questions available to me?

Integral to hannahHR’s value is our commitment to the privacy of your employees. As a result, we do not record or report directly on your employee’s questions. However, we can aggregate data on themes and usage from your employees.

Can I get access to who asked what questions?

We commit to providing a totally anonymous platform for your employees without them having to worry about their questions being reported back to you, their management.

If I upload my documents, are they public information or are they secure?

Your documents are totally secure within the hannahHR interface. You can be assured that all your documents are accessible only by members of your own organization.

What if I have different types of employees?

In the case where you have multiple employee classes and multiple locations, we have a work around for you. In V2 this will be simple and all under one dashboard.

What happens if my employee asks a hard question?

HR experts train HannahHR to answer questions about employment requirements within your geographic region and related to the handbook you provided at a reasonable response level. Hannah has guardrails to understand when she cannot answer the question. In those cases, hannah will explain that she cannot answer that particular question and indicate the point of contact for that particular information.

What if hannah provides an incorrect answer?

hannahHR uses RAG (retrieval augmented generation), which means she grabs her information from everything you have physically uploaded. She does not go beyond that to look for answers to information. As long as that information is correct, HannahHR should be able to provide a reasonable answer based on your provided information. She will not know whether or not the information is right or wrong if you have uploaded a document with incorrect information.

If hannah does respond in a way that is obviously incorrect, we ask that you send us a screenshot of the incorrect answer so we can ensure this type of error does not happen again.

What if my employees are in multiple locations?

That’s ok! HannahHR can be set up to handle multiple different locations by indicating individual instances of the organization per location eg: companyName Vancouver, attached to the BC ESA and your BC Handbook.

Does hannah know when to escalate to a person?

YES. HannahHR is trained and has specific guardrails regarding what she can and cannot answer. If the answer is not readily available within the local ESA or handbook, she will escalate to the appropriate point person.
